In this role, you will empower students to discover their God-given potential and pursue excellence academically, personally, and spiritually through high-quality instruction and authentic care. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator and team player who demonstrates a genuine love for Christ and a desire to share that love with students. This role supports spiritual growth, Biblical understanding, and Christ-centered character development for students in grades K4–2.
We are especially interested in educators who are passionate about urban education and eager to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven staff. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in developing thoughtful, engaging lesson plans. They are well-versed in strategies that promote metacognitive engagement and are willing to go the extra mile to support student growth.
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, standards-aligned Bible instruction for K4–2nd students, using high-quality materials, effective teaching practices, and a balanced approach to Scripture study, discussion, reflection, and application.
- Foster Biblical understanding, spiritual growth, and discipleship through engaging and interactive lessons that help students connect God’s Word to their daily lives and develop a personal relationship with Christ.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, providing whole-group, small-group, and individualized support while using standards and student learning data to guide planning and adjust instruction.
- Monitor, assess, and document student learning using formative and summative assessments to track spiritual and academic growth, inform instructional decisions, and support students’ faith development.
