AI Adventure is one of the fastest‑growing youth AI education programs in the Greater Milwaukee area. We have served 220+ students in our first 6 months, with 90–100% re‑enrollment and consistent 5‑star parent satisfaction. We are on a mission to help young people understand AI safely and responsibly while inspiring future‑ready skills like critical thinking and problem‑solving.

As a Program Assistant, you will work at the intersection of:

• Education
• Leadership

You will gain real‑world experience facilitating AI tools, leading student teams, strengthening critical thinking, and building skills that transfer directly to careers in business, tech, engineering, education, or startups. Clear path to Senior Assistant and Program Lead roles.

Ideal for motivated university or high school students looking for impactful, resume‑relevant work in AI, tech, education, or youth leadership.

You will not just supervise. You will lead.

• Facilitate small groups of 4–6 elementary students
• Help students build AI‑powered quizzes, games, and building projects
• Guide critical thinking about AI outputs and responsible use
• Lead interactive challenges like AI Detective and Prompt Battles
• Troubleshoot basic tech issues
• Represent AI Adventure professionally at partner schools and community sites

All lesson plans, tools, and training are provided.

This role is a strong soft‑skill accelerator.

You will develop:

Most college students graduate without strong facilitation or leadership experience. This is a great opportunity to build them.

• High‑performing university students or responsible high school juniors and seniors
• Curious about AI, technology, entrepreneurship, education, or leadership
• Reliable, proactive, and confident taking initiative
• Comfortable leading and engaging elementary‑age students
• Able to travel to Mequon, Fox Point, and Whitefish Bay locations
• Eligible to pass a background check
• Prior experience in tutoring, coaching, camps, or youth programs is a strong advantage

• School‑out days (April–June)
• Summer programs (July–August)

1–3 hours/week during the school year. Expanded hours in summer.
