The Organizational Learning instructor is responsible for orientation curriculum and delivery of content for the environmental services team. Develops simulations and assessments with the assistance of Organizational Learning (OL) team members to assure all communication and cleanliness standards are met; supports workforce orientation. Other duties as assigned.

• Education background or strong positive preceptor role; committed to ongoing development; supports EVS education at Froedtert Hospital with expansion in FY26 to CHD.
• Position supports Environmental Services Education.
• Attend Welcome Day 1 every Monday at Woodland Prime to assist with Welcome session in AM and then teach system EVS orientation in the afternoon.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EVS housekeeper role is required or other equivalent experiences. Experience in training would be helpful.

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associate degree preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations. Ability to multi‑task and establish priorities. Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment. Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership. Ability to use knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives. Proficient in the use of Windows‑based office software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office:
Word and Excel.
