In this role, you will empower students to discover their God‑gained potential and pursue excellence academically, personally, and spiritually through high‑quality instruction and authentic care. This role supports spiritual growth, Biblical understanding, and Christ‑centered character development for students in grades K4–2.

Key Responsibilities

Academics:

  • Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, standards‑aligned Bible instruction for K4–2nd students, using high‑quality materials, effective teaching practices, and a balanced approach to Scripture study, discussion, reflection, and application.
  • Foster Biblical understanding, spiritual growth, and discipleship through engaging and interactive lessons that help students connect God’s Word to their daily lives and develop a personal relationship with Christ.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, providing whole‑group, small‑group, and individualized support while using standards and student learning data to guide planning and adjust instruction.
  • Monitor, assess, and document student learning using formative and summative assessments to track spiritual and academic growth, inform instructional decisions, and support students’ faith development.
