Milwaukee Seventh-day Adventist School is seeking a caring, faith-centered 1st–2nd grade teacher to join our elementary team. The teacher will provide engaging instruction in core subjects, nurture students’ academic growth, and support their spiritual, social, and emotional development within a Christ-centered classroom. Responsibilities include lesson planning aligned with curriculum standards, classroom management, assessment of student progress, and clear communication with families and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will create a warm, structured learning environment that reflects Christian values and supports early literacy and numeracy development. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the foundational years of students’ education.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Elementary Education preferred)
- Valid NAD certification or eligibility to obtain
- Commitment to Seventh-day Adventist education and schools
- Committed Seventh-day Adventist is regular standing
- Experience teaching primary grades preferred
- Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
Milwaukee Seventh-day Adventist School provides Christian education for the whole child—encouraging academic, physical, social, and spiritual development.
