• Prepare for and deliver instruction and perform teaching‑related activities.
• Manage the classroom/laboratory.
• Develop curriculum and monitor and revise as appropriate to maintain course effectiveness; assist in program evaluation.
• Manage equipment, supplies and materials.
• Assess student performance and advise students on academic issues.
• Collaborate with the advisory committee in the program area.
• Attend departmental and institutional meetings.
• Promote the education/training program, participate in efforts to recruit and retain students, and participate in efforts to market MATC.
• Support student organizations and activities.
• Develop relationships with business and industry.

• Maintain certification, continue professional development and stay current in the field.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree with two (2) years (4,000 hours) of work experience as an Automotive Collision Repair and Finishing Technician with related Technical Diploma.
  
  Associate degree with five (5) years (10,000 hours) of work experience as an Automotive Collision Repair and Finishing Technician with related Technical Diploma.
• Technical diploma in Auto Collision Repair/Refinish or closely related field
  * with seven 증(Roman) years (14,000 hours) of work experience as an Automotive Collision Repair and Finishing Technician.
  * Related fields may include:
  Automotive Servicing, Adult Vocational Technical Teaching, Automotive Engineering, Automotive Management.

• Must have a relevant experience required with education listed above as an Automotive Collision
  
  EM detailed repair and Finishing Technician. In addition, one of the following must be met:
• At least one year of work experience must have occurred within the last five years, or
