What “Program Lead” Means at AI AdventureAs a Program Lead, you are the person responsible for the class experience.
You will:
- Lead AI Adventure after‑school programs for Grades 1–5. Example activities include playing AI Detective, Picture Prompt Battle, and building quizzes and games with AI.
- Facilitate hands‑on activities, games, and discussions about AI.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed learning environment.
- Guide students through activities from start to finish.
- Represent AI Adventure professionally at partner sites.
Training, lesson plans, and materials are provided.
- Schedule Priority: Tuesday 4:00–6:00 PM, Wednesday 4–6 PM, Thursday 3–4 PM,
Starting January 2026 - Opportunities for additional hours on school‑out days and new programs.
- Paid program and activity preparation.
- People who are excited about AI and also want to educate on SAFE and RESPONSIBLE use of AI while inspiring future‑ready skills like critical thinking and problem solving.
- People who enjoy leading and engaging groups of kids.
- Those interested in AI, technology, youth development, or facilitation.
- University students, recent graduates, educators, or professionals seeking meaningful part‑time work.
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a class.
- Prior teaching, tutoring, camp, or youth program experience is a plus.
- Background check required.
- Competitive pay (up to $50 per hour).
- Paid training and clear structure.

- Resume‑relevant AI, leadership and facilitation experience.
