Part‑time Faculty Position at Marquette University – Spring 2026 (Posting No. ).
Job OverviewThe Executive‑in‑Residence (EIR) for the Applied Investment Management (AIM) program is to enhance AIM engagement with the business community, provide enriched learning opportunities for students, and elevate the overall image and reputation of AIM, the Finance Program, and the College.
Responsibilities- Guest lecturing
- Executive co‑teaching
- Adjunct teaching (additional stipend)
- Partner with University Advancement in support of outreach events such as Circles
- Student mentoring
- Partner with AIM and the Business Career Center on employer outreach
- Coordinate and host annual events (e.g., Ins & Outs, and others)
- Partner with Program Director and Department Chair for recruiting advisory board members
- Assist with the interviews of AIM applicants
- Other activities as proposed and agreed to with department leadership
Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Masters degree preferred or substantial progress toward terminal degree. Preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities in Finance or Business Administration.
