Locum Jobs Online  is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Neonatal MD in Wisconsin!

Join a practice at the ground floor and help shape the future of neonatal care in Appleton, Wisconsin!  We’re seeking a  Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist  to join a brand-new neonatology program in one of Wisconsin’s most vibrant and growing regions. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to lead, collaborate, and make a lasting impact from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide expert care in a  Level III NICU and newborn nursery

Work in a  collaborative model  with pediatric hospitalists

Handle  24/7 in-house NICU coverage and daytime nursery rounding

Attend high-risk deliveries and provide family-centered neonatal care

Participate in  clinical quality improvement (CQI)  and research projects

Be part of a national network of more than 400 NICUs under the umbrella
