Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide emergency medical care in low-to-medium acuity settings across multiple critical access hospitals
• Evaluate, stabilize, and treat a diverse patient population with varying acuity levels
• Coordinate the transfer of severe trauma cases to higher-level facilities as needed
• Collaborate with in-house and nearby specialists for comprehensive patient management
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation and patient care coordination
• Adhere to established protocols for Trauma IV-Non Designated care environments

Additional Information

• Must be board certified in Emergency Medicine
• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certification required
• Emergency Medicine training preferred
• MUSE, PACT, and EPIC experience preferred
• Wisconsin medical license required
