Overview

Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist - Faculty, Assistant Professor. The Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and Children’s Wisconsin (CW) seeks a board certified / board eligible physician to join our expanding division. This position is located in Milwaukee, WI at the Children’s Wisconsin hospital campus. The department is comprised of a nationally and internationally renowned team with a strong commitment to clinical care.

• Provide expert child and adolescent psychiatric care and consultation to patients and providers in Children’s Wisconsin outpatient units.
• Join an experienced and growing outpatient service team.
• Teach and supervise fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Academic position that combines patient care, teaching, research, and administrative activities necessary for the function of the department/division.

• System-wide integrated Epic EMR system.
• Strong referral system with an already established patient base.

• Salaried (Exempt) or Hourly (Non-Exempt)

• Medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state medical licensure, or eligibility to obtain license, in Wisconsin.
• Rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful finalist.
