Interior Designer

Well qualified candidates should have strong design skills, sound technical knowledge, and a passion for working closely with colleagues and clients.

Ideal candidates will have experience in all phases of interior design/architectural projects.

• Bachelor of Interior Design or Interior Architecture degree
• At least three years of post-graduate professional interior design experience
• Strong experience and production skills in Revit required
• Prior experience on all phases of a project, including Construction Documentation and Construction Administration
• Understanding of production documentation for projects of various sizes and complexities
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate on complex teams and work well under deadlines
• Strong design and visualization skills
• Knowledge of modeling, rendering, and visualization programs (Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with clients / consultants / contractors and team members
• Strong organization, management, and mentorship skills
• Understanding of basic commercial code / regulatory requirements
• Basic understanding of project fee structures and staff management is beneficial
• Enjoy working in an exciting, open studio
• Strive to push boundaries and develop innovative design solutions
• Registered or pursuing registration preferred
