We are currently seeking an Architectural Technician in our Milwaukee office. This will focus on projects in our Industrial group. This position will provide an opportunity to work on a variety of fast-paced projects with our industrial clients. Work will include building BIM models, generating renderings or sketches for presentations, assisting in the preparation of construction documents, assisting with project coordination, researching building codes, making project site visits, participating in internal coordination meetings, and participating in meetings with clients.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, we are considering candidates who meet the following basic qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in drafting or construction technology
  • Experience with REVIT software
  • Experience with Sketch-Up and Enscape would be considered a plus
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
  • Willingness to work hard and learn
  • Adaptable to changing priorities
  • Good time-management skills
  • Ability to think critically
  • Ability to take initiative given the opportunity
