We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Architecture Drafter to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in drafting and design for a variety of projects.

What You'll Do

+ Prepare accurate architectural drawings and technical documents based on design specifications.

+ Assist architects and project teams in developing plans for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

+ Review and interpret architectural sketches, specifications, and construction documents.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure drawings meet project requirements and deadlines.

+ Maintain organized project files and adhere to company drafting standards.

What We're Looking For

+ Degree or certificate in Architectural Drafting, Design Technology, or related field.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise drawings.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

+

Experience with Revit and AutoCAD (highly desirable).

+ Familiarity with building codes and construction practices.

+ Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
