We’re looking to hire a Digital Asset Producer for a Fortune 500 global pharmaceutical client. Company culture fosters a collaborative and respectful environment where innovation is encouraged.

My direct Fortune 500 client has an in-house full service production agency and is looking for someone to join the Project Management team to support the delivery of assets for print, digital, and video projects. This is a 12-month contract + possible extension and possible conversion to permanent. The team is located in Mettawa, IL, and the role is on-site 3 days/week.

Onward Search provides benefits for a 40-hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for the duration of the contract.

Digital Asset Producer Responsibilities:

• Project trafficking and timeline management for digital assets (video, print, trade booth, audio, etc)
• Resource allocation and coordination
• Detailed note-taking and action item tracking
• Ensuring team accountability and adherence to deadlines
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of client needs
• Collaborating effectively with the account manager
• Delivering clear and impactful verbal, written, and presentation content
• Thriving in fast-paced, high-profile environments with a positive and energetic approach
• Balancing big-picture vision with meticulous attention to detail

Digital Asset Producer Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience
• Proven ability to ensure accuracy and precision in all work
• Consistently delivers projects on schedule, demonstrating strong adherence to timelines
• Collaborative and communicative, fostering positive working relationships
• Experience in agency environments, particularly within the pharmaceutical and digital sectors
