- DDS/DMD Degree:
Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in Wisconsin. - Dedication to Excellence: A passion for delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered care with a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.
