Job Summary

The Riding Experiences Associate (REA) is the first point of contact for Museum guests and will be responsible for providing world‑class riding experiences, hospitality, and a positive, enjoyable learning experience for all guests. The REA role is an integral part of our Museum team, responsible for supporting the Motorcycle Demo & Jump Start Program operations. REAs are responsible for welcoming all Museum guests, demo registration through a Global Lead App system, explaining a demo route, educating guests about new products and services, maintaining the motorcycle fleet and equipment, safety checks, teaching guests how to ride through a Jump Start dyno, and set‑up and tear‑down of all operations.

As a customer‑service / hospitality representative focusing on riding experiences REAs provide guests with information to enjoy their on‑campus experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of on‑campus events and riding experiences (Motorcycle Demos, Jump Start, Rentals) by managing a demo fleet and equipment
  • Make sure all activities are run safely and follow HEAP training guidelines
  • Represent the Harley‑Davidson Brand by interacting with customers and enthusiasts
  • Educate visitors about new products, vehicle models, and parts and accessories
  • Run the H‑D Global Lead App (GLA) Lead Generation and Liability Waiver System
Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Experience Requirements
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must have a motorcycle endorsement / license with motorcycle riding experience and be able to ride H‑D Company Owned Vehicles (motorcycles)
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Two years of previous experience in a guest service or hospitality capacity
  • A true team spirit and passion for the brand who thrives on working as a part of an enthusiastic and energetic team, inspiring others, demonstrating collaborative approaches to achieving results, encouraging the inputs and ideas of others and understands the importance of positive active listening

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
