Temp-To-Hire Call Center Representative
Location: ONSITE ONLY Milwaukee, WI
Mandatory Paid Training | 3 weeks
$17.00 per hour in training and production
Hours: Training and working hours are full-time, 8 AM-4:30 PM (or last call waiting in queue), Monday-Friday. No weekends.

Opportunity to get to regular status after 90 days. You are able to make more per hour based on quality and production after going to regular status.
About The Role
As a Temp-to Hire Call Center Representative you will be responsible for:
Answer inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements
Handle standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment.
Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and document each call.
Respond to Wisconsin child support inquiries, and complaints, using a standard script and procedures.
Gather information and research/resolve inquiries.
Inform callers about the services available and assess caller's needs.
Requirements to be successful in this role you will:
Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
Be able to successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting.
6 months’ customer service experience or equivalent in a high-volume call center environment preferred.
Eligible to work in the US.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.00
