• Actively promote and sell North Shore Bank products and services.
• Serve as the Bank’s personal representative with customers, providing efficient, accurate, and friendly service; build strong relationships between the customer and the Bank.
• Some Tellers are assigned as Area Tellers and support multiple branch locations.
• Consistently perform North Shore Bank Quality of Services standards with both external and internal customers, meeting expectations and promoting customer willingness to keep, expand, and refer banking relationships.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations and ask questions to identify cross‑selling opportunities; make appropriate referrals to branch personnel and business partners.
• Use customer relationship management tools to record referrals and update customer contacts.
• Receive and answer questions from prospects or customers and maintain good customer relations.

No banking experience required.

Entry level position.
