Temp-To-Hire Call Center Representative
Location: ONSITE ONLY Milwaukee, WI
Mandatory Paid Training | 3 weeks
$17.00 per hour in training and production
Hours: Training and working hours are full-time, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or last call waiting in queue), Monday–Friday. No weekends.

The Role
As a Temp-to-Hire Call Center Representative you will be responsible for:
- Answer inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements
- Handle standards in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi-task, and document each call
- Respond to Wisconsin child support inquiries and complaints, using a standard script and procedures
- Gather information and research/resolve inquiries
- Inform callers about the services available and assess caller needs
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting
- 6 months’ customer service experience or equivalent in a high-volume call center preferred
- Eligible to work in the US

Pay transparency laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the stated range based on location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. Conduent provides a variety of benefits including health insurance, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time.
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.00.
