This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Milwaukee, WI. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our eCommerce website. Key daily tasks include managing customer interactions via phone and email, addressing concerns regarding orders and shipments, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining a thorough understanding of products and services offered to deliver personalized solutions.
Maintaining professionalism and upholding customer experience standards are critical aspects of this role.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to deliver professional and effective interactions with customers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- College or Tech School degree is a plus; additional qualifications in business or relevant fields desired
- Proficiency in basic computer software (Excel and Word and Microsoft email) is required
