Fast, friendly and customer-focused. As a Uline Custom Orders Representative, you’ll support custom and drop‑ship orders, serving as liaison between our vendors and customers to deliver an exceptional experience our customers love.

• Guide and process customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop‑ship orders in a collaborative call center using world‑class technology.
• Act as liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email, monitoring orders to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Be a product expert to understand customers’ needs and provide effective solutions and exceptional customer service.
• Review and edit customer artwork for their custom orders to ensure it is production ready.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
