• As a Production Technician
  , you’ll be an essential part of bringing our events to life. You’ll assist with equipment prep, setup/teardown, support live event operations, and help maintain our warehouse and equipment.
• Prepare, pull, and quality-check equipment
• Load trucks safely and efficiently
• Assist with on-site event installation, including AV, lighting, staging, décor, and more
• Operate live events (lighting, audio/video mixing, camera operation) with training provided
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Follow direction provided from Project Managers and Team Leads
• Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
• Support multiple Events By Design brands on-site

• Who You Are
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and organized
• Physically able to lift and move equipment 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and flexible hours as needed
• Team player who communicates professionally and takes initiative
• Excited to learn and grow in production, AV, and event logistics

Part-time role based in our warehouse (Monday–Friday) with required availability nights and weekends to support events

• Work on creative, high-profile events in a dynamic, hands-on environment
• Be part of a collaborative, energetic team that values innovation and precision
