WDJT-TV, Weigel Broadcasting’s CBS affiliate in Milwaukee Wisconsin, is searching for a full-time Floor Director. This is an entry level position and the perfect opportunity for someone interested in the Broadcasting and News industry.

• Prepare the news studio and ensure all equipment is accounted for and functioning.
• Work closely with talent and the technical director, and facilitate communication between the control room and studio.
• Set up and break down the studio for each show.
• Multitask, prioritize, take direction, and maintain focus in a fast-paced news studio.
• Demonstrate excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills with a working knowledge of Windows operating systems.

• Entry level; willingness to learn and grow in the Broadcasting and News industry.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Availability to work second shift (2:30PM – 11:00PM) including weekends and holidays.
