Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year. In addition to the base salary, we offer:

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects, completing them on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations and safety standards. The Construction Superintendent will oversee day‑to‑day operations at project sites, coordinate with stakeholders, and supervise our construction team.

• Manage a team of workers: schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
• Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project costs.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other construction managers to determine budget and timeline.
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
• Schedule workers and subcontractors.
• Hire additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly.
• Maintain a daily log for job‑site operations and report to management as necessary.
• Make operational changes to meet construction deadlines.
• Implement cost‑effective and efficient management techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
