Limitless Property Works is growing and seeking a high-caliber performer to step into the role of Construction Project Cost Estimator. This is a traditional full-time, on-site position based in Milwaukee,requiring hands-on collaboration with our team and trade partners.
We are looking for a results-driven individual who will take full ownership of the bidding process, deliver unmatched precision, highly competitive estimates, and strategic insight that directly fuels our growth and long-term success.
Qualifications- 3+ years of commercial construction estimating with market knowledge across various sectors
- Proficiency in Excel & estimating software (Bluebeam & Procore a plus)
- Exceptional organizational & communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
