The Superintendent, Heavy Civil role supports field operations by coordinating schedules and resources, communicating scope to foremen, and ensuring safety processes like JSAs and inspections are completed. Responsibilities include attending client meetings, managing materials and tooling needs, verifying daily QA/QC and as‑built documentation, reviewing time and field reports, and working closely with the Project Manager. This position also helps develop foremen and trade staff while contributing to efficient, safe, and consistent project execution.

- 5+ years of related experience and/or training in construction industry
- Experience with Heavy Civil project is desired
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
- Ability to travel and commit to long‑term onsite projects
