Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, quality control, and safety
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and secure necessary permits
  • Lead and supervise project teams including superintendents, engineers, and foremen
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contract specifications
  • Prepare and review project documentation like RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

    Conduct regular project status meetings and site visits
