Job Details

As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in the preconstruction process by preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of commercial and industrial projects. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure all bids are comprehensive and aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Participate in bid strategy meetings and project handoffs.
Maintain and update historical cost data and unit pricing.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless transition from preconstruction to execution.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in construction estimating
Proficiency in estimating software and tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
