Salary $115,000 - $140,000 per year

My client is a well-established, medium-sized commercial general contractor based in the Greater Milwaukee Area. • Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, quality control, and safety
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts and secure necessary permits
• Lead and supervise project teams including superintendents, engineers, and foremen
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contract specifications
• Prepare and review project documentation like RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Conduct regular project status meetings and site visits
