Salary $90,000 - $120,000 per year

We are partnered with a top General Contractor who has a phenomenal reputation in the Wisconsin market, as well as nationally. They are on the search for someone who still wants to grow with a firm. You will use your expertise to secure work with current and new clients. The company has been in business over 100 years with a very strong pipeline of commercial work.

They are looking to expand their construction team as part of their growth plan by hiring a Pre Construction Manager to take on some key responsibilities.

• Base salary of $90k - $120k dependent on experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator in the Construction industry.
• Proven experience with takeoffs, estimates, quantity take off, preparing bids, and conceptual estimating.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
• Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certification in estimating or a related field is a plus.
