Seal coating / Asphalt Maintenance Foreman

Location: Greater Milwaukee Area

J.R. Boehlke, Inc. is an asphalt, concrete, landscape, and snow contractor founded in 1996. We are seeking several experienced sealcoaters to join our commercial and residential seal coating operations.

We are seeking a Seal coating Foreman to lead daily activities of a seal coating crew. The right individual for this role will bring strong knowledge of all aspects of seal coating and asphalt maintenance projects, have a demonstrated history of leading and managing seal coating crews, be detail- and quality-oriented, and enjoy working in a growing company.

• Lead and supervise a crew of 2-5 team members.
• Plan and execute seal coating, crack filling, and asphalt patching projects for commercial and residential clients.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including trucks, seal tanks, compressors, spray systems, blowers, crackfill machines, skid steers, rollers, saws, and more.
• Train crew members.
• Maintain accurate records of time and materials used on job sites.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and Project Manager to schedule, plan, and execute projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading seal coating and asphalt maintenance projects as foreman.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to operate and maintain all seal coating equipment.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License is a plus.

• $30.00 - $40.00 an hour based on experience
