They are looking to expand their construction team as part of their growth plan by hiring a Pre Construction Manager to take on some key responsibilities.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator in the Construction industry.
2. Proven experience with takeoffs, estimates, quantity take off, preparing bids, and conceptual estimating.
3. Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
5. Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills.
6. Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work under tight deadlines.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
9. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
10. Professional certification in estimating or a related field is a plus.
