Project Manager (Structural Steel Fabrication)

Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable Steel Fabricator in the Milwaukee, WI area on their search for a Project Manager to focus on work in the Steel Fabrication, managing projects ranging in value up to $10M.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 (plus employee performance based bonus, paid out twice per year)

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing steel fabrication and will be responsible for reviewing bids, issuing purchase orders/subcontract agreements, supervising field personnel, coordinating with other trades/subcontractors/fabricators, and monitoring job sites.

Structural Steel and Misc Metals

• Issue Purchase Orders and Subcontract Agreements
• Order material as needed
• Coordinate with other trades, subcontractors, and erectors
• Monitor weekly production / project performance
• Monitor safety at the job site
• Ensure the job is built in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
• Ensure the project is completed within the project estimate
• Track the job’s progress

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related is preferred.
• 3+ years managing projects for reputable Steel Fabricators.
• Experience managing Steel Fabrication projects up to $10M.
• Willingness to travel or pass background/drug screen.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
