As an Estimator in our dynamic Estimating Department, you will be a key player in preparing precise and competitive cost estimates critical for securing new projects. Collaborating closely with our Preconstruction Manager and Project Management team, you will analyze project plans, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Your analytical skills and collaborative spirit will help us achieve our objectives while maintaining the high standards for which we are known.

• Collaborate with the Senior Estimator and Project Managers to prepare detailed and competitive estimates while analyzing project plans and specifications.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs and cost analysis for assigned projects, ensuring all estimates are accurate and current.
• Prepare detailed scope sheets for subcontractor bidding and evaluate submissions, maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Participate in pre‑construction and bid meetings, as well as develop project bid schedules to ensure timely submission of all required documents.
• Assist in creating value‑engineering options and track post‑bid feedback to refine estimating processes and improve accuracy in future projects.

• 3+ years of estimating experience in construction, ideally within commercial or industrial sectors.
• Proficient in estimating software and tools, with a solid understanding of construction documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
