This is a full‑time, year‑round opportunity, with project durations of 12‑24 months. The Superintendent works on‑site with full benefit offerings.

• Supervises all Stevens Construction personnel and subcontractors onsite to ensure work is completed accurately, safely and to our quality standards.
• Develops, updates and tracks construction schedule.
• Maintains all jobsite paperwork: daily log, delivery tickets, field work orders, timecards, plans, specs and shop drawings, purchase orders, subcontracts, and project photos.
• Manages and schedules punch list work with owner, architect, and subcontractors.
• Enforces all jobsite safety requirements.
• Creates a positive, professional, friendly environment onsite.
• Maintains a clean and orderly jobsite.

• 10+ years' experience as a commercial new construction Project Superintendent from a general contractor or construction management firm.
• Multiple multi‑unit, new construction projects from start to finish as the overall jobsite Superintendent.
• Ability to read, interpret, and edit construction schematics and documents electronically.
• Proficiency within Microsoft Suites and other project scheduling software.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds.
