This is a full‑time, year‑round opportunity, with project durations of 12‑24 months. The Superintendent works on‑site with full benefit offerings.

- Supervises all Stevens Construction personnel and subcontractors onsite to ensure work is completed accurately, safely and to our quality standards.
- Develops, updates and tracks construction schedule.
- Maintains all jobsite paperwork: daily log, delivery tickets, field work orders, timecards, plans, specs and shop drawings, purchase orders, subcontracts, and project photos.
- Manages and schedules punch list work with owner, architect, and subcontractors.
- Enforces all jobsite safety requirements.
- Creates a positive, professional, friendly environment onsite.
- Maintains a clean and orderly jobsite.
- 10+ years' experience as a commercial new construction Project Superintendent from a general contractor or construction management firm.
- Multiple multi‑unit, new construction projects from start to finish as the overall jobsite Superintendent.
- Ability to read, interpret, and edit construction schematics and documents electronically.
- Proficiency within Microsoft Suites and other project scheduling software.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds.
