As a Teacher at Kinder Care, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that supports children’s growth and learning. You will work closely with fellow educators and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals while building meaningful relationships with families and the community.
Responsibilities- Implement Kinder Care’s curriculum in a way that meets each child’s unique needs.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Partner and connect with parents, sharing a common goal of providing the best care and education for their children.
- Support your center’s success by collaborating with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement objectives.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
- Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multi‑task effectively.
- Meet state‑specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain them.
- Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
- Ability to maintain physical and visual contact with children and engage in physical activity with them.
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
