Job Description

Baker Tilly is looking to successfully recruit a Pricing Operations Manager to play a critical role in driving business growth and operational excellence by leveraging advanced pricing analytics and strategic insights. Pricing is a key focus area requiring deep specialization in pricing tools, revenue optimization, and business strategy alignment. As we have seen through prior experience, pricing improvements can deliver significant results and therefore building expertise in this space offers true opportunity.

This individual will have a strong track record in pricing transformations, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership to enhance revenue and profitability. This individual could come from a consulting/accounting organization with practical experience in pricing, negotiations, and analytics-supported decision making. This individual will have a record of successfully building internal relationships, establishing working rapport, and exerting influence in a collaborative environment. With this expertise, Baker Tilly can expand the capabilities, tactics, and tools our clients need to leapfrog their competition and effectively engage their target audience at all stages of their pricing transformation journey.

The role will focus on capability-building efforts, with firm-wide responsibilities for supporting the central pricing capability.

    • Partner with service lines to execute firm-wide pricing strategies that drive profitability and market competitiveness.
