We are seeking a dedicated Product Pricing Strategy & Profitability Analyst to join our on-site team in Greater Milwaukee. This full-time role involves analyzing pricing strategies, optimizing profitability, and contributing to strategic pricing initiatives. The analyst will collaborate across departments to research market trends, evaluate competitive pricing, develop data-driven pricing models, and support product management decisions. Additionally, responsibilities include tracking financial performance and suggesting improvements to enhance revenue growth.

• Strong expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management
• Excellent Analytical Skills and proficiency in evaluating financial and market data
• Experience in conducting in-depth Research and working on Product Development processes
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to support decision-making
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to optimizing profitability
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams
• Experience in the aerospace, defense, or related industries is advantageous
