As the Director of Procurement, you will serve as a strategic member of our global supply chain, driving value and operational excellence across a high-growth technology ecosystem. Tasked with overseeing a diverse, international spend portfolio, the ideal candidate will balance the agility required for a fast-paced tech environment with the rigorous governance needed to manage risk, ensure global equity in vendor selection, and maintain the integrity of our financial architecture.
This position will report to the Head of Procurement.
Responsibilities- Thought Leadership:
Design, develop and execute on a vision to deliver on the agenda of simplifying the marketing procurement process through long range planning and execution, right‑sizing and transforming the use of vendors across the enterprise. - Team Leadership:
Manage, develop and coach Category Specialists, Category Managers and Sr. Category Managers. - Contract and Negotiations:
Drive negotiations on commercial procurement agreements, including, but not limited to, Master Agreements (MSA’s), Statements of Work (SOW’s), Change Orders (CO’s) balancing business deliverables, legal interests and pricing. - Partner Engagement:
Work directly and partner with leadership to proactively drive initiatives within the existing supply base and provide leadership in all vendor and sourcing activities. - Category Management:
Develop, refine and implement category strategies and tactics that enable the procurement of products and services to align with the business and deliver highest value.
- Requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated experience with a global perspective in Marketing and/or Technology Consulting Services sourcing, contracting and negotiations.
- Experience working with Senior Executives across multiple business functions internally and with suppliers.
- Exceptional communications, interpersonal and presentation skills with solid influencing and persuasive talents.

Salary Range DisclaimerThe base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees.
