Enterprise BC & Resiliency Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Enterprise BC & Resiliency Analyst to join their team. As a Enterprise BC & Resiliency Analyst, you will be part of the Enterprise Resilience department supporting global initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, drive, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Enterprise BC & Resiliency Analyst

Location: Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH

What's the Job?

• Support the Enterprise Resilience program to enhance organizational preparedness and response capabilities
• Influence the adoption of business continuity best practices across all levels of the global organization
• Assist in conducting business impact analyses and maintaining continuity plans in Fusion Risk Management
• Design and execute business continuity tests, including scope, scheduling, and deliverables
• Identify opportunities for program improvement and ensure audit readiness to meet regulatory and partner requirements

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, or information security compliance
• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification preferred
• Experience with Fusion Risk Management or similar systems, and familiarity with AI tools in daily tasks
