V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking Business Development Manager - Milwaukee in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities- Sales leader will grow V-Soft’s market share by delivering our unique value proposition to high-potential customers in an underserved market. Deeply understand each customer’s full scope of needs and package a holistic mix of solutions - strategic staffing, digital technology services, and infrastructure - to solve real business problems.
- Success is measured by gross margin growth, new logo acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and the accuracy of forecasts and pipeline health.
- Partner with a world-class digital marketing team to target and nurture prospects we haven’t worked with before and collaborate with a global bench of subject-matter experts to tailor solutions that deliver more value than a customer’s next-best alternative.
- 5+ years of B2B consultative sales experience.
- 5+ years of Staffing experience
- Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred—or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills And Abilities
- Demonstrated success building a profitable book of business, including new logo acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Adept with CRM systems, Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo/Zoom Info, and Microsoft productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
