As we continue to grow our Midwest footprint, we are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Professional to expand our customer base and strengthen existing relationships across the region.

• Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B customers within the Midwest region
• Manage and grow existing accounts through regular engagement and solution-based selling
• Understand customer packaging needs and recommend customized solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and product solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
• Stay current on market trends, competitors, and industry developments

• Proven ability to develop new business and close deals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest region
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
