Marketing Materials Compliance Clerk - Part Time Position

Genesis
10 is seeking a Marketing Materials Compliance Clerk for a 12-month contract position with a financial services organization located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a part-time position that is on-site 4 days per week.

Schedule:

Consistent Monday-Friday hours to be determined. Open to 4 days a week.

Pay Rate: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

• Provide operational support to the Marketing Materials Compliance team
• Assist with change management efforts related to marketing technology initiatives
• Support documentation, communication, and tracking of compliance-related activities
• Collaborate across NM applications and business partners to support compliance workflows
• Contribute to project outcomes through strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through

• 3-5 years of related experience in compliance, marketing, or a similar field
• Demonstrated ability to successfully contribute to project-based work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience supporting documentation and communication efforts
• Experience working with data and/or Power BI is a plus
• Client registrations not required; candidate status is non-registered fingerprinted
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
  10 employees will be considered for this position
• Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis
  10 (no corp to corp)
