Position OverviewWe are seeking a Business Development / Sales Professional to drive growth in the eastern Wisconsin market. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of structured cabling and data center infrastructure products — and the ambition to build relationships that expand our footprint in the commercial and enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial, enterprise, and data center markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, low-voltage contractors, and end users.
- Promote structured cabling solutions, including copper and fiber optic systems, server racks, cabinets, power, and related products.
- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to support client requirements and project delivery.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Track market trends and competitive activity to identify new areas of opportunity.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within the structured cabling
, data center
, or low-voltage industry. - RCDD accreditation or similar technical credentials is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure products and installation practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
