The Continuous Improvement Analyst supports operational excellence across the Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) Commercial, Sales, and Marketing functions. This role focuses on identifying performance gaps, analyzing data, and executing Lean-based improvement initiatives. The analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes, enhance processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Process Improvement & Analysis
* Conduct root cause analysis and data-driven assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
* Support Kaizen events, CI workshops, and Lean training sessions.
* Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Work documentation.
* Apply PDCA methodology to drive sustainable solutions.
* Monitor and report on CI metrics and KPIs.Project Support
* Collaborate on CI projects, providing analytical insights and execution support.
* Build dashboards and visualizations to track performance and highlight trends.
* Document project outcomes and lessons learned for knowledge sharing.
* Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams to gather data and understand pain points.
* Translate business challenges into actionable improvement plans.
* Support alignment of CI efforts with strategic goals through Policy Deployment.
* Act as a CI resource to functional teams, helping build internal capability.

Qualifications Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
* 5-7 years of experience preferred in Continuous Improvement, Business Analysis, or Process Optimization.
* Experience supporting Kaizen events and Lean initiatives preferred.

Certifications
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt a plus).
* Data analytics or visualization certification (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake) preferred.

Skills & Competencies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
* Familiarity with Lean, PDCA, and CI methodologies.
* Effective communicator with ability to present insights to stakeholders.
* Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
