Manager, Trade Shows

LHH is recruiting for a full-time, Manager, Trade Shows for one of our clients in the marketing/trade show industry in the Greater Milwaukee area.

Location: Greater Milwaukee - Onsite with flexibility

Compensation: $75K-$85K (based on experience)

Qualified candidates will bring the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management or similar.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing trade shows ideally within machinery, heavy equipment, or B2B industries.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate confidently with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with a sharp eye for detail while managing multiple events or projects at once.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and pride in high-quality work.
• Highly organized with strong initiative, time management, and the ability to work independently.
• Creative and strategic thinker who can develop new ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and solve problems in real time.
• Ability to follow, maintain, and improve the organization’s trade show planning system.
• Ability to travel for trade shows as needed including weekends.
