Be part of the connection: You develop and implement sales strategies and programs selling Voice, Video, transport, data and managed solutions. You affect change and manage growth using sharp business acumen, in-depth experience and decisive leadership skills. You coach, develop and prepare performance reviews and evaluations.
What You Bring To Spectrum BusinessRequired qualifications:
- Experience:
Three or more years of telecommunications, ISP and high-speed data experience;
Four or more years of experience as a Sales Manager in a B2B environment;
Ten or more years of general management experience;
Direct experience with strategic and major account programs. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience. - Technical skills:
Knowledge of telecommunications and networking technologies;
Familiar with Salesforce. - Skills:
Budgeting, resource management, planning, organizational development and English communication skills. - Abilities:
Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment requiring change management. - Availability:
Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver s license.
Preferred qualifications:
- Track record of leading a transactional, metric-driven go-to-market sales model.
- History of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
