Advisor - Organizational Change Management

Join Far Well as a Change Management Advisor in Milwaukee, WI. This hybrid role involves leading organizational change initiatives and collaborating across disciplines to deliver lasting results.

Location

Milwaukee, WI – Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and design organizational change initiatives, including people side of change.
  • Manage scope, budget and schedule of projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder, communication and risk plans.
  • Apply continuous improvement concepts such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or PDCA to support change activities.
  • Develop multi‑mode communications for diverse audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering customer‑centric solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, balancing stakeholder needs and solving complex problems.
  • Document lessons learned and maintain best‑practice libraries to support future engagements.

Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
  • 3–5+ years of applicable experience in organizational change, project management, or continuous improvement.
Travel Expectations
  • Occasional travel to client sites and other locations for events and meetings.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Office-based work, frequent use of computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
  • Long periods of sitting and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
  • Travel to client sites as required.
