Director, Product Management - Global Beverage Industry

Global Beverage Industry Director, Product Management at Regal Rexnord will drive organic growth by aligning and positioning Regal Rexnord products within the Beverage Industry, with a focus on the Conveyance Division’s portfolio. The role requires developing and executing multi‑year product roadmaps, ensuring value propositions are clear, collaborating cross‑functionally to achieve industry alignment, gathering customer insights for outside‑in decision making, setting pricing strategy, and managing the portfolio’s P&L with KPI ownership.

• Lead cross‑discipline and cross‑divisional teams in developing and executing strategic growth initiatives.
• Develop, train, and drive the agenda for Regulatory, Research, and Marketing associates on beverage values in applications, sub‑segments, and focus markets.
• Own cross‑sell strategy for the beverage industry while partnering with Commercial teams for execution.
• Segment the portfolio by geography, application, customer, and product tier, mapping unmet needs, market trends, and designing tiered product variants.
• Plan legacy product sun setting alongside new‑product launches, including line simplification and end‑of‑life communication.
• Embed continuous feedback loops from customers, field‑service teams, and sales channels via Voice‑of‑Customer sessions.
• Prioritise customer‑focused innovation by partnering with new product and engineering teams on industry trends.
• Define and track KPIs such as SKU Count, New Product Sales, Price Realization, OTD, and others.
• Manage Industry P&L performance to create a durable, profitable growth plan with an 80/20 mindset.
• Create and monitor real‑time dashboards and business reviews to assess performance against targets.
• Initiate problem‑solving and cross‑functional working groups to address underperformance and develop countermeasure actions.
• Leverage secondary research and translate insights into actionable product requirements and prioritization matrices.
• Develop total cost‑of‑ownership calculators, pricing strategies, and rebate structures to optimize value and performance.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial operations, and sales to set contractual terms, promotional plans, and service agreements, monitoring win/loss data for continuous refinement.
• Build business cases for new share‑gain investments, presenting customer and industry focused analyses and risk‑adjusted scenarios to senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage and/or consumer goods industries.
• Minimum 10‑15 years of B2B product management / commercialization experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel up to 20‑30%.

$160,000 - $188,000
Base salary range for full‑time position in the United States.
